How do I sign up for a mailbox?

Sign up for a mailbox using our form here. Then pay $10 inside. That’s it! You’ll be emailed your mailbox # and combination code within 2 days. You’ll keep your mailbox all 4 years, no need to pay again.

How do I know I’ve received a package?

You’ll get an email! We use something called “QTRAK”. So you you’ll see an email from QTRAK saying your package is ready for pickup. Always wait for this email. If you come earlier, even if package has arrived on campus it may not be ready to be picked up yet. It arrives, we scan it, you get an email - and then it’s ready for you to pickup.

How long does it take for a package to be ready?

Three days max, though usually they’re ready same day in the afternoon.

Can I share a mailbox with my roommate?

Afraid not. Only one person per mailbox. But you can give your roommate $10 to open their own mailbox.

Are you open weekends?

Unfortunately no. We’re open weekdays 8AM - 5PM, closed 11:30AM - 1PM for deliveries. If a package is left for you over the weekend don’t worry! Usually we gather it Monday morning and is ready for you Monday afternoon.

You can order a print and look for a job.
